
La Donna Carter (Owner & Director of F.L.C.) is a graduate of Kean University with her Masters in Public Administration and Rutgers University with her Bachelor in Social Work. She is a wife and mother of two girls, Kiana & Janae. She had served as a Clinical Therapist for 12 years and has 10 years managerial experience. She enjoys arts & crafts, singing, acting, and traveling with her family. Her greatest joy is developing new services at Fox that will improve and expand our school to continue a legacy of excellence in education. NAEYC Member

Denise Madelaine (Teacher of Blossoming Butterflies/3 ½-4 yr olds) is a graduate of Rowan University. She is a wife of 33 years and mother of three. She has been an integral part of the development of FLC as a Pre-K teacher for 20 years. Her creativity and structure in the classroom make her students eager to learn. She enjoys the beach, a good book and exercise.

Nora Isabel Wilkins (Teacher of Clever Cubs 2 ½ -3 yr olds) attended Burlington County College where she studied music, piano Pedagogy and Theory. She first joined the staff at FLC as a Music instructor, and in September 2006 she graciously began teaching the toddler students. Her teaching style is a flexible, responsive approach that engages children's needs of social, emotional, language and cognitive development in a structured, balanced and integrated way.
Kim Weimer (Teacher - Soaring Eagles Kindergarten ages 5-6 yrs) hold her masters degree in Education. She truly enjoys teaching and has taught at Westampton Elementary public school. She is creative, well organized and nurturing. Kim enjoys teaching.

Jessica Frolio - (Teacher of Terrific Toddlers ages 18 mo-2½ yrs) is a wife of 9 years and mother of two children who are former Fox students. She has been a teacher/Art assistant for the past several years and began teaching the youngest toddler group this year. In her spare time she enjoys photography, reading and various outdoor activities. Interacting with the children and seeing them use their own talents to learn and grow is what inspires me at F.L.C.

Patricia Ramus - (Teacher of Little Angels Infant group ages 3-18 months) and Kitchen Aide. She is a student at Burlington County College. She enjoys spending time with her family. She began working as an instructor in the summer camp program before becoming a teacher’s assistant over the past few years. She loves interacting and assisting the children in developing new skills watching their excitement as they learn. They are what I look forward to seeing daily and they never fail to put a smile on my face.

Pat D'Eustachio (Lunch Aide/ Teacher Ast.) is a mother of five adult children and grandmother of 13. She has been a member of Fox's family for several years. Besides being extremely organized and proficient in preparing and serving the student lunches, she brings a warm smile and a nurturing touch to everyone she meets. Her hobbies are knitting & crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Karen Schaaff (Teacher of Little Angels Infant group ages 3-18 months) has been a true asset to FLC. She is a nurturing, caring and helpful. Karen is the morning Infant Teacher and the afternoon Teacher Assistant in the academic growth and development of children at Fox. Her hobbies include decorating and gardening. She enjoys organizing anything that comes her way.
